Payment and Cancellation Policy
We're Thrilled to have you join us at Elite Flyer Mega Camps! To ensure a seamless registration process and provide you with the best experience possible, please review our payment policy below:

We no longer offer payment plans. Must pay in full for both the full experience and 2-Day Training package.

The initial deposit of $150 is non-refundable and serves to secure your spot at the camp.

A valid credit/debit card must be on file for all payment plans to ensure the smooth processing of installment payments.

If any installment payment becomes 1 week overdue, the participant will be automatically dropped from the camp.
All payments made up to that point, except the non-refundable $150 deposit, will be refunded.
Athletes dropped due to late payments will not be eligible for re-registration.

If canceled 1 month before the start of each camp, a full refund will be issued (deposit non-refundable).
If canceled less than 1 month before the camp's start date, a $100 cancellation fee will be applied (deposit non-refundable).

Refunds for payments beyond the non-refundable deposit will be granted according to the terms outlined above.
In case of cancellation by Elite Flyer Mega Camps, a full refund will be issued, including the deposit.

Athletes dropped from the camp due to late payments or cancellations within the specified timeframes may not re-register for the current camp session.

What is the Six Flags Theme Park?
The full experience includes transportation and admission into Six Flags. Extra tickets and transportation can be purchased for extra family members. The 2-Day training package does not include this, but can be purchased.
Will there be stunting?
Yes, athletes have the opportunity to try all girl and coed stunting.
Are parents allowed to watch?
Yes, we have a designated area for parents to watch.
Is food included?
Food is not included. We have scheduled lunch and dinner breaks. Athletes are free to go with their family to enjoy a break from training.
How does the fashion show work?
Spiritwear Pros is our official sponsor for our fashion show! Athletes will have the opportunity to walk the runway wearing uniforms, practice wear, and accessories from Spiritwear Pros! This is a night of glitz, glam, and lights! camera! action!
Where will the camps be located?
Camp host locations will be announced soon!
