Malek Hinton Cheer maintains a strict no-refund policy for all Elite Flyer Mega Camp registrations due to limited availability and advance operational commitments.

Due to the limited number of athlete spots and the operational commitments made upon registration, all payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

The $199 deposit required at registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Deposits guarantee your athlete's placement and are applied toward the total camp balance.

Installments must be paid by the scheduled payment plan dates.

Missing a payment deadline results in automatic forfeiture of your athlete's spot and all payments made, including the deposit.

Balances not paid in full by April 6, 2026 will result in loss of enrollment without refund or credit.

A minimum 30-day written cancellation notice before your registered camp date may qualify for a credit, excluding the deposit.

Credits are valid for 12 months and can be applied only toward the 2027 Mega Camp season.

Credits expire once registration for 2027 closes and cannot be extended, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date will result in complete forfeiture of all payments.
